The custom footbeds are moulded directly under your feet using vacuum silicon pads, much like a footprint in the sand. They support the feet using the natural biomechanics of the foot and body to auto position muscles, bones and joints for optimum comfort. Whether you run 20 miles a day, cycle 100 miles a day or just take the dog for a walk once a week, we can help make your feet more comfortable and improve your posture at the same time. The whole process takes between 35 to 45 minutes and costs around £75 for a standard insole.

CUSTOM MULTI
The Custom Multi is the general purpose customised insole/footbed from the Sidas Conform'able range. Designed to fit a wide range of footwear it is equally happy in walking boots, trails shoes, trainers or any footwear with a removable insole. It combines a Podialene top with a Transflux base to provide maximum comfort and support in all conditions. The Podialene is also impregnated with silver ions to help prevent bacterial build up, helping reduce nasty odours!

CUSTOM RUN
Sidas continues to improve and update its insoles and the Run is the latest insole for active people. Designed to fit in running, squash, football or any sports footwear with removable insoles, it provides the support and stability that all recreational and serious athletes seek. The blend of Podialene and Transflux gives a comfortable yet supportive insole with Podiane and Prim’tech for cushioning in the heel and Jogtene for energy in the forefoot. This combination can help to reduce fatigue, improve performance and reduce injury. The Podialene is also impregnated with silver ions to combat bacterial build up, helping reduce nasty odours!

CUSTOM SLIM
The custom slim is especially for those shoes that struggle to accomodate the more versatile custom multi. Still utilising Transflux in the mid and rear foot to provide support and stability, but sporting a thinner Alcantara topsheet, the slim fits easily into most fashion and street type shoes where the insole is glued in place. This makes it especially suitable for womens court shoes.

CUSTOM SKI
This is the standard insole for skiing, mountaineering, boarding and skating. Using a Polyplast thermo mouldable plastic and transflux combination this insole gives the optimum support and comfort for most rigid and semi-rigid footwear, including ski boots, ski touring boots, climbing/mountaineering boots and cycling shoes. The Podialene top surface is also impregnated with silver ions to combat bacterial build up, helping reduce nasty odours!

Therm-ic Heating Plates
This product combines the supportive benefits of the Sidas Custom insoles with the heating technology from Therm-ic. Therm-ic heating plates can be incorporated into the toe area of either the Ski or Multi insole to warm the feet on those exceptionally cold days. This makes this product particularly suitable for Reynards sufferers or people with poor circulation. Different battery pack options means this versatile product can also be adapted for various types of footwear, including high altitude mountaineer boots, motorcycle boots and others, please call us for more details.

Comfort Junior
Comfort and fit are just as important when we are young so Sidas have introduced the Comfort junior insole. Pre-shaped with a defined heel cup and medial arch, this insole can help to support young feet properly as they grow. The upper surface is made from a soft complex EVA foam for comfort with a harder EVA shell underneath to provide the support and stabilise the foot.

Sidas Conform'able also has a range of pre-formed, supportive insoles designed as an off-the-peg option for people who don't want to go to the trouble and expense of having a customised footbed made. There are 4 models available, Trek+, Golf, and Run, There is also a Step in Volcano available which incorporates the Therm-Ic heating pad and cable into the insole.
